bOnline phone (VoIP) telephony: 02/04/2024 – Resolved

The intermittent issue that may have affected incoming calls yesterday is now resolved.
We’re apologise for the inconvenience.

Our carrier has implemented a solution, and we will continue conducting a series of milestone checks to confirm the solution remains successful.
